Yet again Rebecca Shaw delights us with her wonderful tale of veterinary life in the fictional Barleybridge practice.

Her mix of humour and drama is as always very readable, keeping us hooked throughout the whole book.

I am always sorry when her books come to an end, it's like saying goodbye to an old friend.
