5 out of 5 stars For Brilliant Business People ONLY!   May 25, 2007

Attractor Factor is a brilliant book for anyone interested in doing business in the most effective way. As an entrepreneur I find that you can either be really focused on money and worry about making it or you can make the conscious decision of being successful and enjoy your business. The only way you're ever truly happy with your business is when you're happy with yourself in it. The business has to be based on ethics, spirituality and common sense. This is exactly where Dr. Vitale's book is so good for your business. It's a straight forward guide for business people who want to be brilliant! I could not recommend it more.

This wonderful book `The Attractor Factor' by Joe Vitale would not only be a book I recommend as fabulous, but also as an excellent gift for anyone you care about, it really is a must have in your book collection.

This book explains how we can attract into our lives the things which we focus on, which is also true of negative things. When we think about them we create them as manifestations in our reality. So Joe explains how we can change the don't wants, into do wants. For example Joe mentions our thoughts towards money or more specifically towards bills. By the very fact that you put your focus on them you create the thought `I don't want these bills'. So; it would be better to change this to a more positive statement such as `I have more than enough for everything I need'.

The book also explains how we sometimes sabotage, what we desire most and offers some great clearing exercises to change old limiting beliefs into new ones of abundance and fulfilment, allowing us to be open to receive what we do want.

There are many examples and stories in the book which clearly explain all the how to's. In a nutshell this is a wonderful read and will give you a new perspective on the way we have all been programmed to think, to the way that you choose. Unfortunately we are all surrounded by complaints and it is so much a part if daily life that we almost take it for granted that it's supposed to be that way.

I feel that anything I may say about Joe's work in general and especially this book would not give it the credence or enough gratitude for what you can learn and the realisations you will come upon as a result of reading it and completing the exercises for yourself.

3 out of 5 stars useful for the further information   March 3, 2006

P>Vitale's book starts with, to me, rather too much focus on the materialistic benefits. For example, he says 'Dare something worthy', then spoils it with his next line: 'For example, why not become a trillionaire?'

Maybe I have a different definition of worthy.

The book seems to undergo a sea change just over halfway through. Although the same 'tone of voice' remains, his undoubted enthusiasm shines as he discovers more spiritual (or metaphysical) values.

There are plenty of references and websites given to provide hours of happy surfing for more information - which is why I have given it three stars.

Hope this helps.
