Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Hard to put down   May 11, 2008
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. There was no let up in the action, and there are lots of twists and turns. I still cant forget the ending of the book, it is that good. I would really highly recommend this book. I like the way it is split between the two sets of characters, but merges at the end when the action places them together again. This is very well written, suitably tense and flowing. Buy this book!

5 out of 5 stars A Great Read   May 11, 2008
I couldn't put this book down. If you've read the rest of the series then buy it, if you haven't, still buy it but get all the rest and start at the beginning - there isn't a duff one amongst them.

2 out of 5 stars Going down the same road as Patricia Cornwell?   May 9, 2008
The start of this latest Grant County effort was so slow it was almost painful! It did pick up towards the end and especially with the dramatic ending.

I am wondering whether trouble is setting in for Karin Slaughter with this series as this was pretty poor. However the last stand-alone novel, Triptych was excellent and I have recommended it to several people.
