Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars great characters, good pace   April 6, 2007

Julia Chandler's neice is suspected of brutally murdering her stepfather, a deputy DA she believes her neice is innocent and needing help calls connor Kincaid - the last time she saw him she'd forced him to resign from the police force - so it's not exactly a firendly reunion.

The website for anonymous patients of therapist reveals that fantasies are being played out for real and there is a vigilante group on the hunt. The Kincaid family appear from time to time throughout the novel and again the characterisation is superb.

Can't really remember if I guessed who the bad guys were or if I read who they were all I know is I was reading until the early hours and totally absorbed - very good - but I would advise anyone who likes a d**n good murder with great characters to read all of her books.
