Bill Rogers has a very easy to read and down to earth style of managing to suggest techniques for teachers in the classroom and in the school environment. It immediately becomes obvious that Bill is a teacher and is realistic about all the challenges that you can face. His suggestions are easy to implement and very effective. They may seem slightly strange when you first try them but you will soon be using them in all your classes. If you buy one book about teaching. Buy this, Thanks!
