Short and Bittersweet May 28, 2008 Despite being five years old, stories like Madden's will remain relevant until the new Pope makes some progress in cleaning up the Catholic Church. Altar Boy outlines Madden's story of abuse by a priest which killed his dream of beconing a priest himself in Ireland, followed by his legal actions and life up to 2003 when the book was released.
The book doesn't outstay its welcome at just over 200 pages, the pic on the front is the author himself and it's a fast read, even using a close-set typeface. Well worth a look when on offer or as part of a batch over 15 for free delivery.
