Between a Virus..... and an Android February 7, 2004

In the last volume of Dragonball Z we saw the return of Frieza and his defeat by the boy from the future, he warned goku of the oncoming attack of two androids coming to destroy them in 3 years time.
It is now 3 years later and after everyone has trained up they head to face the androids. Goku bouts with one of the androids and his virus begins to kick in (see last volume) will he be able to survive? Will somebody save him?
