Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars At last, a completely original gay movie!   April 22, 2008

To say this goes beyond the usual coming-of-age or romantic 'comedy' gay movies is an understatement! Socket is surely one of the most original films in its genre - fusing the usual staples of red-hot men and copious amounts of nudity with electricity fetishes and erotic sci-fi! The premise that individuals who get struck by lightening develop an insatiable addiction to electricity is, of course, ridiculous but when the film is this much fun, who cares!?! Fairly low-budget but always entertaining, Socket really offers something different for its target audience. Highly recommended!
