October 17, 2001 7 out of 9 found this review helpful Like the book, the film leads to apathy with Bridget, because she is always doing things which everyone could see themselves doing, even exposing one's backside on national TV!! You watch this film and end up skipping down the street singing the songs and laughing to yourself about the part with the pants!! Great fun for both sexes, as you love Darcy, hate Cleaver and generally laugh until your huge pants are round your ankles!!
