This Aga Cookbook was given to me when we bought our Aga and I loved it instantly. Nelleke Launspach gives recipes that go beyond the tradional homecooking and have a distinct French refinement, but at the same time it is very accesable and she gives good clear instructions.
The book has a very summery athmosphere which is probably due to the fact that she lives and works from France. The French style is easy to recognize especially in her wonderful patisserie recipes. Very usefull for a dinerparty where you want to appear stylish. Lovely pictures!!!
