Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Everything you need to know about camp baking.   March 7, 1999

Comprehensive and easy to read, this book explains the various techniques and equipment available for camp baking, and gives wonderful recipes. The Chinese steamed dumplings were a revelation on our trip, and we *loved* the fresh bread. If you're a cook who camps, you need this book.
