My GP uses this book as a reference. They DO work. September 2, 2001

I bought this book after my GP looked it up when I came to the surgery in response to physical pain. She prescribed a remedy form the index at the back. I didnt try it because I thought it was a waste of time. The nest time I went to see my GP, (STILL in pain), I confessed I hadnt taken the prescription. Because I was getting 'sick and tired of being sick and tired', I decided to give it a go. As usual I wait untill by back is againt the wall before I try something new! And 2 weeks later it had worked. The pain had reduced and has stayed away years later. I am back in full time work thanks to these remedies. (And other stuff) Although there appears to be a direct correation between taking the remedies and the reduction of pain, I cannot say exactly what contributed to my recovery, (I wasn't conducting clinical trial, -this is just my experience) but I am very grateful to this stuff , and decided to look into them in more detail afterwards. This is a great book. In my opinion they are an up to date version of the Bach Remedies. He has another new book out with new flower essences in it. It doesnt appear to be listed (yet) here, but I browsed through it in a health food shop and it looks good. I love these remedies. They are very current and address problems that I find very relevant. Great stuff. An excellent guide. I keep it as a reference. There is something here for everyone. I defy anyone to NOT see a remedy that would be useful to them in some way or another.
