This is a great book - one of the few massage books with real detail on how to actually perform deep tissue massage.

It probably won't be much use to people not already well versed in massage but to practitioners it's a gold-mine.

very quick delivery;
Fantastic book, I have already got the DVDS and this is a great in-depth manual to go with them.
well worth investment
