I so looked forward to this book coming out and was very disappointed I totally agree with the first reviewer (alot of Liz Earle they need to read her ingredients list) it's not that Green at all. If you like me wanted a good book with reviews of Organic products don't buy this because it is not one.

As a fan of the Beauty Bible and 21st Century Beauty Bible I have been waiting for this. It did not disappoint. I have learned so much and think it is great value for money. Not only are there fabulous practical hints and tips it will save me money as the products have been voted for by real women. Better to try something someone recommends than just keep buying and hoping. I loved reading about the Green Goddesses who admit they are not perfect but as the skin Guru Liz Earle says she aims for progress not perfection. In my mind she is looking pretty good on her great products loved by millions! If you are trying to be a little bit 'greener' and thinking about our future I cannot recommend this highly enough.
It certainly surpasses anything I have read to help understand green, organic, natural etc. It is not preachy -it is informative.This guide covers so many topics and is never boring.
I wish they would do more guides to help with the huge choice women face everyday of what to use.

I was so tempted to purchase this book .... GREEN BEAUTY .... what promise! Just what the Dr ordered for those of us who are fed up with slapping on all those chemically loaded products in the pursuit of youth and/or beauty! Then I notice that one of the lauded ranges included that of Green Queen, Liz Earle. I fell under the spell of the promises of her particular brand of 'natural' and 'botanicals' and found myself reaching for the phone to order a comprehensive little collection from a well known shopping channel. I awaited my package and all that it promised with keen anticipation. Sadly my illusions were shattered when I discovered one product had no less than 5 PARABENS. Needless to say I didn't wait for the 30 days trial to expire before sending them back where they came from.

Now if a GREEN BEAUTY BIBLE is advocating such products they should change the title.
For those of us who really do care about what we put on our skin and into our systems let's see a bit of honesty instead of people trying to make money by falsely adopting a 'green' label.
