Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Good tips and ideas, motivating   January 1, 2008
Although I didn't strike a chord with everything in this book, reading it provided me with confidence, motivation and enthusiasm for riding. This is especially good in the winter months, when even the most keen of riders can get a bit sick of 'schooling'. I loved the variety the book covers, from very practical exercises to more psychological advice such as 'don't worry about giving your horse time off' (again, something which in the winter can be of concern to competitive riders). All in all, a really enjoyable Christmas present-thanks Al!
