Opening to Channel: How to Connect with Your Guide (Birth Into Light)

I wouldnt necessarily recommend this book for everybody. I think it would be useful if you had some experience of meditating first. If you do have this experience, it cuts out a proportion of the book.

The reason why this is an excellent book is that if you are ready, the exercises are simple and powerful. I read this book in a day, i sat down for half an hour and bang, result. Now thats powerful.

It is not a perfect book, it is for the beginner, so you may find yourself skipping between sections. Those sections are there in case you doubt yourself; they help to give you practical advice and relay others experiences which is comforting.

Most people will not buy this book on a whim, if you seriously want to open to channel, this is the book to buy.

This book is a very interesting read, it attempts to take you step by step into the practise of channeling.. Personally I found some of the theories quite odd. Higher self? Is this our spirit or an external influence? either way the way used to connect to it is vague and not as powerful as techniques one might find elsewhere.. none the less interesting and sometimes insightful
