I live in London - but this still helps! April 20, 2007

My first StyleCity guide was the Paris one. There was not a single thing it in that has disappointed me so far. We were at the Eurostar Terminal and I sent my lovely husand off to buy something and he came back with this. Typical, I thought: all style no content. WRONG. We only went to places the book recommended and had the most fantastic time in Paris even though I'd been there regularly for 25 years. Mind you, the pages had started to fall out before we even got on the train.
So, London. I thought I knew London. I thought I was the discoverer of trendy yet peaceful places. Now I cheat and consult StyleCity first.
I love the photographs, the descriptions and most of all the accuracy. It must have been written my a much cooler, wealthier version of me and the Mr..
Points against:
1. It's a bit of a bother trying to find the exact location on the stylish but undetailed maps.
2. The bloomin' covers always fall of in around 2 minutes flat. That goes for both versions of Paris, San Fransisco and London. Please get the Chinese printers to buy some better glue, or even better print in the UK and save the world by cutting down your carbon footprint.
Otherwise brilliant. Thanks for making look really good in front of all my visiting mates.
