I have bought the DVD about half a year ago and since then I practise the exercises (more or less) on a daily basis - and I note real benefits to my health and state of mind! My hips and back stopped aching, I feel light and strong, relaxed and energised simultanously.

The exercises are easy to learn (and to perform) - in one section of the DVD they are described in detail and later on you do the whole routine together with the Barefoot Doctor - I repeated this several weeks until I knew the routine by heart and can do it now every morning on the beach.

I have been following Tai Chi for a long time and have bought a few Tai Chi DVDs in my time, including, recently, the Paul Lam DVD "Tai Chi Exercises for Deep Relaxation" - which is also quite good.

Barefoot Doctor's style is entertaining, witty and informative. The best way to use this DVD, is to play it from start to finish -- and allowing yourself to learn more at each stage. It is divided into various sections, which take you in greater and greater detail into the movements. The movements are very simple and are great for stress relief. After watching the DVD through twice, you will be very comfortable with the movements and you will really feel the benefits almost immediately. The class section, goes into further detail, allowing you to take more time learning the body positions for each movement... then finally the last section allows you to do the whole routine with Barefoot. If you are often stressed, low in energy or just need something to boost your health and vitality, then this DVD on Tai Chi is certainly for you... it leaves you with a wonderful deep relaxation, that carries forward with you into the day.

Nicely shot, well paced and with great music -- courtesy of Barefoot Beats, which I presume is Barefoot Doctor's music.

Thoroughly recommended for anyone who wants a good workout, suitable for all ages, abilities or health levels. I think it is superb, and am really enjoying the benefits. Great for AM or PM, this is a classic.
