Very intersting and a must for every serious naval enthusiast looking to round out his collection of naval history. The size of the book leaves one thirsting for more .......... and that is why it does not earn a five star.

What is there though, is fascinating!

A fascinating read with amazing illustrations. If you have ever wondered how the samurai fought at sea or wanted to see what the legendary korean turtle ships looked like then this is for you. Another excellent piece by S.Turnbull with details for the ships , tactics and battles of the period from Japanese pirates to the invasion of Korea
