5 out of 5 stars A must for geologists.   March 14, 2001

This is a well written and comprehensive book. I would recommened this book to anyone who is doing a degree in geology or is just brushing up on old skills. It is well thought out and techniques, methods and calculations are explained in detail without being overly complicated.
