Gorgeous book -- best (only?)guide to becoming a wedding planner April 10, 2007

I have a friend who's been talking/dreaming of becoming a wedding planner for ages, but there's been so little available on the topic. This book should change that. It is absolutely beautiful, full colour photography, real quality and written with authority/compassion. Could easily be used to plan your own wedding, but it's really meant for someone who wants to set themselves up as a wedding planner/consultant. Written by a team of US experts (where everyone now uses them)it covers everything from cultural considerations to family dynamics, budgets, tone, style, inclusivity, stress management, and all those amazing little details that make a wedding truly memorable. This book is a real achievement and the best investment you'll ever make.
